Description
The aim is to apply the principles and methods studied in class to real systems.
Series 1
- Elevator control by TSX 47 PLC (TSX 47 PLC + elevator)
- Closed-loop PID control of an electromechanical system (speed-controlled DC motor)
Series 2
- Setting up an assembly line (FESTO FEC 640/660 PLC: programming the distribution or assembly module)
- Closed-loop PID control of a time-delay system (temperature-controlled thermal enclosure)
- Introduction to digital control: frequency synthesis and implementation of a digital corrector, (PC + Parvex RX 120L DC motor)
Objectives
The aim is to review and consolidate the concepts and tools seen in the previous semester in both Automatic Control and Automation (GRAFCET modeling and Ladder language).
