The module consists of an overview of the various professional activities of a hydrobiologist (field protocols, data processing, valorization of results? ), with a focus on bioindication. The module includes the participation of several external professionals (managers and researchers) working on different biological groups (fish, macroinvertebrates, macrophytes). A field day and tutorials complete the module.
Skills to be acquired : - Choose the right analytical method depending on the biological group to be investigated
- Master the collection and processing of physico-chemical and biological data
- Know how to calculate the biological indices used in bioindication depending on the context
