Cyber security development project

The aim of this project is to produce programs showing how certain vulnerabilities can be exploited, and the impact this can have. The programs produced are intended for use in demonstrations to public bodies and companies, to raise awareness of cyber-security issues. The students produce demonstrators, which are supplemented by videos. This project is carried out in partnership with the Agence Nationale des Systèmes de Sécurité Informatique (ANSSI).

1/ WIFI catcher:

unencrypted display of transiting traffic
implementation of a captive portal (hotel/town hall type) with traffic interception

2/ car jacking


development of a solution to open a car by replicating the hertzian signal of the electronic key, using software-defined radio (SDR, Gnu Radio)


3/ Appli Androïd

development of an application (under cover of a legitimate application, worm or pong) which recovers data present in the phone and sends it by e-mail
development of a malicious application which allows total control of the device (APN, micro, data, positioning)
the application could be injected into the phone when recharging it via the attacker's PC USB port

4/ HID vector infection of Windows workstations

development of a privilege elevation application

5/ Keylogger

development of a keylogger with additional data exfiltration functions (screen capture, camera and/or PC control, etc.)..)
