Description

The first-year ENSEIRB course in Computer Science includes several projects integrated into the UE C of the first two semesters of the Computer Science curriculum. Each semester, a project must be carried out in the various programming languages studied in class. The aim of these projects is twofold: on the one hand, they provide an opportunity to put into practice (or even deepen) the theoretical knowledge acquired during the course; on the other hand, they often represent a first contact with teamwork. They are normally carried out in groups of 4 or 5 students.
Knowledge covered in this course:

C1 : N1 - Knowledge and understanding of a wide range of basic sciences (algorithms, automata, languages, graphs, logic, etc.) and the ability to analyze and analyse them.) and associated ability to analyze and synthesize
C2 : N1 - Ability to use fundamentals and models to design, build and validate computer systems
C5 : N1 Ability to test, validate and prove computer systems to ensure their proper operation under critical conditions
C7 : N1 - Ability to analyze, organize and distribute the tasks inherent in carrying out a project as part of a team, in response to a sometimes partially defined customer request or need, and to adapt to new constraints linked to the project
C8 : N1 - Ability to present solutions effectively, and to synthesize and demonstrate the relevance of results.
