Description
When called upon to take on responsibilities, students need to understand the importance of a well-balanced body and the benefits, recognized by professional circles, of physical, sporting and artistic experiences.
The aim of this teaching program is threefold: - to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle, - to contribute to the development and blossoming of the personality, - to reinforce solidarity within each group, so as to create a real sense of competition in this type of preparation. The aim is to train citizens who are cultured, lucid, physically autonomous, socially educated and health-conscious.
The student chooses an OPTION to "carry out a personal training project".
Objectives
OPTION 1 = Sport and TRAINING

Students sign up for and participate in an A.P.S. according to their timetable. At the start of the year, they are offered a range of 30 activities, including team sports, individual sports, outdoor and artistic activities.
OBJECTIVE = to promote learning and progress in motor skills, as well as knowledge and discovery of A.P.S.
OPTION 2 = Sport and HEALTH-EPS

Alternating with LV2 groups Wednesday 8:00am - 9:20am, 9:30am - 10:50am and 11:00am - 12:20pm
OBJECTIVES relating to the development of Relational and Behavioral Skills govern the treatment of activities and influence the construction of cycles. Sessions should therefore include work on the following skills: Communicating, Creating, Situating oneself, Taking responsibility.
OPTION 3 = Sport and MANAGEMENT

If a medical exemption does not allow the student to follow a sufficient number of hours (dealt with on a case-by-case basis), the student will be assigned to carry out a SPORTS PROJECT.
Examples of subjects = organization of a sports event, team coaching, organization of associative sports activities.
OPTION 4 = GOOD and HIGH level athlete
After applying for the "Sportif de Haut" or "Sportif de Bon niveau" status, students are required to submit a report on their sporting year at the end of each semester.
OPTION 5 = UNIVERSITY REFEREE
"FFSportU refereeing"
In association with the Ligue Nouvelle Aquitaine du Sport Universitaire (LNASU), you will follow a training session to referee team sports matches (RUG, FB, BB, VB, HB).

OPTION 6 = MUSIC
"Artistic Activities"
Students with a personal background in music will be able to choose this option and take part in the production of a collective musical performance at the end of the semesters (Christmas concert, Arts Week).

Mandatory prerequisites
OPTION 1 and 2 = General physical aptitude for A.P.S. practice.
OPTION 3 = medical certificate > 1 month.
OPTION 4 = minimum regional level required (2 training sessions/week and federal competitions).
OPTION 5 = LNASU validation and knowledge of the federal rules of a team sport. Experience of federal or school (UNSS) refereeing desirable.
OPTION 6 = In-depth practice of a musical instrument, CV and cover letter.
