Syllabus

Fractionation methods, detection and quantification techniques
- Fractionation methods (5 self-paced lessons and 2 face-to-face lessons)

chromatography (principles, partition chromatography, adsorption chromatography, reversed phase, ion exchange, exclusion, affinity, HPLC, CPG, CCM, presentation of equipment, molecule derivation methods to facilitate analysis)
electrophoresis

- Detection and quantification techniques (1 independent class slot)

enzymatic methods (enzymatic assays, presentation of available kits)
immunological methods (antigen-antibody reaction, RIA, ELISA

The course content for Part 1 will be posted on the Moodle platform. A forum will be set up for questions, which will be answered regularly by the teacher. Two evaluations (in the form of questions and answers) will be organized at mid-course and at the end of the face-to-face sessions. The various techniques presented will be illustrated through application exercises carried out in TD (4 ½ group sessions and 1 full class session).
