Description
Be able to
quantitatively describe the flow of perfect or Newtonian fluids in simple configurations such as pipes calculate the usual pressure drops and choose the right pump for transporting a fluid through a given hydraulic circuit
identify tools for describing the transport of complex fluids and relate the texture of food matrices to their constitution
