Description
Whatever the field, creativity and/or development rely on project management techniques. This third module will help you master the constraints and rules of project management. It aims to:
-awaken students' interest in entrepreneurship
-develop an entrepreneurial culture among students
-introduce them to the stages involved in setting up a business
-stimulate creativity and the taking of initiative

Mandatory prerequisites
Project Management courses and seminars on Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Finance.
Syllabus
I-The seminar (8h) is a creativity seminar that raises awareness of entrepreneurship.
The awareness-raising workshop focuses on the RDI project.
8h00-9:30: Introduction to entrepreneurship
9:30-12:00: Working time with coaches in the TD rooms on students' PJRDI projects

Drawing up a SWOT
12:00-13:30: Lunch
13:30-17:00 : Working time with coaches in the TD rooms
Creating the business model Project outline
Creating the A3 poster and preparing the pitch
3-minute pitch presenting the elements of the poster, followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers (coach + students) and 5 minutes of feedback on the pitch
II-Conferences and presentations given by speakers from the socio-economic world:
-creativity (8h)
-innovation (3h).
