Description
The operator internship, lasting at least 3 weeks, must enable the student to :
- discover the organization of work as an operator, i.e., being supervised by one or more superiors
- become aware of working conditions by joining a team
- discover the functions of an engineer through interviews with executives of the host company
During the introductory internship, the school expects the student to integrate as fully as possible into the company by understanding and respecting its organizational and operational rules
- to fulfill the mission assigned to him/her by putting his/her skills to good use in the workplace. to fulfill the mission assigned to them by putting their skills and knowledge to work for the company
- to be a worthy ambassador for their training and for ENSCBP
- to use the internship to clarify their career plans and prepare for their integration into the economic fabric.
Syllabus
The company must be a partner in the training program, must encourage the integration of the student and must propose an internship which, while meeting the company's needs, remains in line with the training objectives.
