Description
This cycle of manipulations will enable you to deepen your understanding of certain concepts relating to unit operations covered in the process engineering course.
The objectives are to acquire practical knowledge in the field of unit operations (distillation, liquid-liquid extraction, reactors, etc.).):
- Be able to carry out global and partial material balances on a pilot plant operating at steady state, and to assess their accuracy
- Be able to assess a performance criterion of an apparatus or technology performing a unit operation (plateau efficiency, for example, in distillation) based on experimental data and a model (Prosim simulator).
Teaching hours
- PRACTICAL WORKPractical work12h
