Description
Research work requires the ability to interact and communicate with different contacts and departments. Teamwork and networking are the rule. Knowledge of one's environment and profile (of oneself), the way in which we manage our relationships with colleagues and team members, and the posture we adopt towards our supervisors are the foundations of success. The aim of this module will be to provide participants with simple, practical, useful and pragmatic tools or keys that can be used immediately, so that they can approach teamwork with serenity.Research work can also be carried out in a company. A company functions like a living organism, whose "survival" depends on effective coordination between its various components. Its performance is intrinsically linked to its organization and strategies. To define these strategies, companies resort to a process of reflection and strategic planning. This process varies from one company to another, depending on its size, sector of activity, market and specific objectives. In this course, we will use project management to address some of the concrete issues facing companies.
