Advance the RDI project by making all the necessary links and adapting tasks to the situation.
-Discover the tools of operational marketing used in a product launch: identify and develop a relevant concept, establish a positioning, develop a marketing mix, create a launch support plan
-Be able to use tools for monitoring company management.
-Know the principles of environmental assessment of a product, Know how to use an environmental assessment tool (carbon footprint and/or life cycle analysis), Know how to measure environmental impact to identify eco-design avenues.

Syllabus

I-Work in "product" groups to formulate an innovative food or in "upstream-downstream" groups for bibliographical study and preliminary tests (27h + 23h personal work)

Progress reports (EA) with tutors and the teaching team. Three progress reviews are scheduled during semester 7. The progress report is based on a presentation of the situation and its analysis, followed by the choice of useful adjustments to ensure that the project continues to run smoothly and that the objectives set are achieved. From one EA to another, written documents may be requested and assessed, depending on the tutors' expectations.

II-Marketing (4h + 4h defense, for product groups only)

1-Identifying and evaluating the relevance of an innovation concept: generating ideas, testing the concept via qualitative and quantitative consumer research
2-Positioning: definition, the 3 pillars of positioning
3-Marketing mix: product mix, price, distribution, promotion, communication
4-Creating and developing a launch plan

III-Conferences and presentations given by speakers from the school and the socio-economic world:

-Industrial development (3h)
-Sustainable development (2h40)
-Eco-design workshop (4h): Reminders on life cycle analysis, Introduction to life cycle analysis software (openLCA) or a carbon footprint spreadsheet, Measuring the environmental impact of an innovative product on a computer, Proposing eco-design ideas based on the results of an environmental assessment.
