Syllabus

I-Presentation of specifications and formation of groups (1h20):
Two types of project are proposed to students:
Exploratory projects, called "upstream-downstream", of the research and development type
Projects called "products", more focused on the development of a finished product, preferably food, from concept to marketing.

II-Design of an innovative project/product for food ("products" groups) or non-food ("upstream-downstream" groups) (20h + 30 personal work)

As part of a group of 5 to 7 people, the student takes part in (defines and develops) a project over 3 semesters.
The project is:
- Either initiated directly by the students (preferably),
- Or initiated by a teacher or a company (MOODLE proposals).

An acceptable project meets the following criteria:
-Ambitious and realistic
-Measurable expected results
-Requires tasks that mobilize project management tools.

The time required to complete the project is compatible with a normal course of study at ENSMAC. To carry out their project, students are supervised and assisted by a steering committee and a group of experts in various fields. At the end of S6 (June), the group presents its preliminary project, which is assessed by a report and an oral presentation.

NB: For "product" groups, the Research Development Innovation project may be selected to take part in the national EcoTROPHELIA competition.
For "upstream-downstream" projects, this is the FGL competition.

III-Conferences and presentations by speakers from the socio-economic world:
-Legal aspects (1h20)
