Description
The aim of this module is to prepare future engineers to integrate occupational risk prevention into their duties.
Future engineers are required to design production tools and work equipment, manage teams or run companies. For all these activities, the health and safety of employees must be taken into account right from the design or start-up of a project. The aim of this course is to raise awareness of the role and contribution of occupational risk prevention in achieving these objectives.

3. Via the "Prevention'Sup" Serious Game (6h including the test)
Identify the issues and players in occupational health and safety within the company
Integrate occupational health and safety into the management of professional activities and projects
Contribute to the management of health and safety within the company.
Prévention Sup' is a self-training program developed by INRS and deployed by higher education establishments, which students complete autonomously at a distance, on dates chosen by the school. The learner follows the actions and reflections of four young engineers employed by a wind turbine manufacturing company, and meets with the main internal and external players involved in SetST. The 21 episodes of notional input provide a realistic, situated and embodied approach to a variety of problems in different departments, and give an idea of all the issues involved in occupational health and safety
2. Via the "Performance and Prevention" TD (3h)
Understanding the links between Performance / Management / Prevention
Relying on prevention to develop overall performance
Improving the functioning and efficiency of your team
This TD is based on a comparative case study between 2 companies
3. Via the "Stress at Work" TD (3h)
Understand the mechanisms and challenges of stress at work
Identify managerial actions to prevent stress at work
This TD is based on the viewing of videos, exercises and debriefing.
