Description

This module consists of assessments of the final project report and defense.

1 - FOLLOW-UP OF THE INTERNSHIP - RELATIONS BETWEEN STUDENTS, TUTORS AND TEACHERS
Three progress points are requested from the student during the internship, to enable the progress of the internship to be properly monitored, according to the following schedule:

      1st point: T0+ 1 month
2nd point: T0+ 3 months
3rd point: T0+ 5 months

This timetable can be adapted to the specific nature and duration of the internship, and the number of progress points can be increased if necessary. If any problems are detected, please refer to the PFEs manager.

Note: at T0+1 months, the student must send his or her tutor-teacher the title and specifications defined for his or her internship. At this point, ask the student to provide you with the email and telephone number of his or her internship supervisor (the name may have changed since the internship agreement was drawn up).

2 - END OF INTERNSHIP
2.1 - EVALUATION OF INTERNSHIP REPORT
The format for sending the internship report is PDF. If the tutor wishes to receive a hard copy, he/she must make this clear to the student during initial contact.
The maximum date for submitting the report is 15 days before the oral exam. A dissuasive scale of points less/day late will be applied.
Of course, students finishing their internship at the end of July are encouraged to hand in their internship report at the end of July.

   2.2 - MAKING A POSTER
A poster session will be held in parallel with the oral presentations.
You will be asked to produce an A3 poster (the model will be supplied and printed by the school's print shop).
Poster deadline: September 1.
Please note that your presence is compulsory during the poster session from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., except during your oral presentation.

   2.3 - SOUTENANCE:
Scheduled for September.
Your oral presentation will last 30 minutes: 15 minutes for presentation, 10 minutes for questions, 5 minutes for feedback (presentations, reports) and discussion with the internship supervisor.
