Description

This module comprises four complementary parts:
- Communicating and Managing (Level 2)
- Professional Project (Level 2)
- INPULSE DAY (Entrepreneurship Awareness)
- Introduction to project management.

Part 1: COMMUNICATING AND MANAGING - Level 2 (4 hours)
Level 2: Listening and communicating: two basic managerial skills Knowledge : Know basic negotiation techniques, know the different types of individual interviews Know-how: Conduct different types of individual interviews, be at ease in different face-to-face situations.
TD1 - CONDUCTING INTERVIEWS- Types of individual interviews- Stages of the annual appraisal interview- Keys to success- Two key elements of the interview: distinguishing between facts, feelings and opinions, and setting objectives
TD2 - MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION TOOLS- What is managerial communication?- What does a message consist of? Filters and mechanisms of communication - Active listening, reformulation and feedback TD3 - MANAGING IS NEGOTIATING - What is negotiation? - Preparing your negotiation strategy to be convincing - The main principles of the negotiation process. The stages of negotiation
Part 2: PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS - Level 2 (4 hours)
be able to draw up a professional project and then conduct an effective internship or job search
Module 1: - The professional project: definition - Getting to know yourself better to build a professional project that reflects your image (Skills, talents, personality)
Module 2: - Prepare your internship search - Build an application file that will help you to be recognized and selected in your search for an internship or a job - Work on your CV and cover letter: construction and points to watch out for
Module 3: - The presentation pitch - The recruitment interview: preparing to avoid being subjected to it, process, questions and arguments
Part 3: SIT'INNOV (8 hours)
Objectives: Raising awareness of entrepreneurship over the course of a day
1. Introduction to entrepreneurship - Business creation in figures - The business creation process - What is a business model2. Creativity workshop In groups, students research an innovation based on an imposed theme3. Building a business model (Canvas - GRP) The group builds its business model based on the innovation identified
Part 4: INITIATION IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT (8 hours)
Objectives of the part :- Decide whether a project should be managed in project mode,- Identify the players in a project, their roles, use the appropriate vocabulary,- Define a project, structure it,- Estimate workloads, plan the project, monitor progress,- Analyze and control risks,- Understand the main principles of agile methods and the Scrum framework.

Course n°2: Definition of project.

Project players,
Needs analysis,
Functional analysis tools.
The horned beast (APTE method),

Course 3: Project planning.

Breaking down the project into tasks: the WBS,
Evaluating tasks: the RBS,
Scheduling tasks.

Course 4: Project monitoring.

Monitoring tools
Schedule monitoring,
Budget monitoring,
Quality and content monitoring,
Risk prevention,
Problem solving.

Course 5: Agility explained simply.

Comparison between traditional and agile project management methods,
Popularization and presentation of the Scrum framework.

Course 6: Agile methods in detail - Roles and MVP.
