Description
The aim of these 3 practical exercises is to illustrate the fundamental lessons of TS201 digital signal processing using Matlab. The following concepts are covered: 1) Discrete and Continuous Fourier Transform (DFT and CFT) of a discrete signal. Frequency resolution problem. Effect of windowing. Spectrogram. 2) Discrete-time signals and systems. Linearity, invariance, stability, causality. Z-transform. System association. 3) Frequency effect of filtering. Denoising.
