Description
This module is made up of three complementary parts:
- Communicating and Managing (Level 3)
- Professional Project (Level 3)
- Employment law.
Part 1: COMMUNICATING AND MANAGING - Level 3 (2.67 hours)
Level 3: Adapting your management style to different situations, developing your leadership and motivating employees Knowledge : Model of situational management, leadership and the different theories of motivation at work Know-how: Identify your management style, adapt your management style to your employees and develop your ability to motivate employees.
TD1: SITUATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Presentation of the Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchard model of "Situational Management or Leadership".
Management and leadership: definitions, differences and specific skills
Appropriation of the model through exercises
TD2: MANAGING IS MOTIVATION
Definitions of motivation
Motivation and performance
Presentation of some theoretical models: McGregor (theory X and Y), Herzberg (two-factor theory), Vroom (Valence Instrumentality Expectation theory), intrinsic and extrinsic motivation
Practical exercises
Part 2: PROFESSIONAL PROJECT - Level 3: (4 hours)
be able to build a coherent professional project and defend it in a recruitment interview or internship
Module 1: - How to build a professional project? - Identify your personal foundations: frame of reference, values and dislikes, personal resources... - Think about your "ideal" company: size, field of activity, location, governance, management style, working environment...
- Identifying the short-term career path (on leaving school)
- Drawing up the associated individual action plan
Module 2:
- Identifying the medium-term career path (5-year projection)
- Drawing up the associated individual action plan
- Building a pitch to present one's career plan for internship or recruitment interviews
- Role-playing
Part 3 : LABOR LAW (13.33 hours)
The aim of the Labor Law course is to introduce students to the issues of French labor law, so as to prepare them to "face" the world of work when they leave school with the necessary information
The course is made up of five parts:
A general introduction to the Law, and more specifically to Labor Law, including the hierarchy of legal sources, the different places where the Law is judged, the Legislative Route, the Single Document, Article L4121-1 of the Labor Code, etc...
The Employment Contract
Individual and collective relations between employee and employer, from the application, CV and interview to the end of the contract, as well as collective labor relations with the Economic and Social Councils and all staff representation bodies,
Labor regulations: daily, weekly, monthly and annual working hours, remuneration, different types of contract, etc...
Recent developments in Labor Law following the 2016 Labor Law and the 2017 Labor Ordinances, not forgetting teleworking and the effects of the health crisis
