TD 3 : GROUP PROBLEM-SOLVING

Tools and methods for group problem-solving: Objectivate, Analyze, Prioritize, Search for solutions and build an action plan
Identify and objectify causes: The Ishikawa diagram
Analyze causes with the QQOQCP method, analyze the severity of risks and build a risk matrix
Prioritize: Pareto's law
Search for solutions: brainstorming methods
Build an action plan with SMART objectives
