Software Engineering Project - Development

This module is the main software engineering project of the second year. It involves teams developing software that meets a customer's expectations in accordance with the needs and requirements expressed in the specification document. The software produced and its manuals, a report and an oral presentation form the basis of marking for this module.
This module introduces engineering students to the following areas:

advanced programming and distribution of work in programming groups
software integration
meeting deadlines
interaction with a customer and an educational supervisor acting as department manager
