Description
Every engineer working for a company has to use a management system formalized according to regulatory and/or standardized requirements. They need to understand its meaning and use. Whether they are in charge of R&D projects, production, technical or scientific studies, they understand the role and impact of regulations on their activities and objectives. This applies to product and service quality, environmental management and preservation, and personal hygiene, health and safety. As supervisors or even team leaders, engineers know how a management system and its steering tools work. They will be able to use these tools to drive progress and continuous improvement.
The objectives of this module are:
to understand the purpose of national, regional and international regulations,
to identify the main texts of environmental regulations and regulations on personal hygiene, health and safety,
to master the methodological tools of risk analysis and root cause analysis,
to find out what is being done in the host company.
