Description

This module consists of two complementary parts:- Integration and development of human resources in the company - Communication (Level 1).
Part 1: INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF HR IN THE COMPANY (8 hours)




Understand the role of the HR function in the company. Understand the concepts of employment and skills. Determine the needs of the business by applying the principles of the Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences. Understand the recruitment process and its key stages. Focus on CVs, cover letters and recruitment interviews. Know how to integrate employees and build loyalty. Using an HRIS to manage Human Resources




Part 2: COMMUNICATION - LEVEL 1 (20 hours)

Pillar no. 1: Identify the context and the issues at stake: correctly identify the context and the issues at stake in the communication situation, select your information, the 5 preparatory questions
Pillar 2: Differentiate between objective and content
Pillar 3: Choose your plan and build a specific approach: informative plan, persuasive plan
Pillar 4: Mark out your speech: structure a 3D plan, build your introduction using the TOP method, the 3C rule "Clear, Concise, Concrete"
