This module consists of two complementary parts:
- Financial management
- Industrial and intellectual property.

Part 1: FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (20 hours)
Objectives:

Understand the financial mechanisms of a company.
Understand and apply the steps involved in a financial analysis (stages, calculations and execution).
Analyze the company's main financial and operating ratios.

Financial diagnosis and financial analysis: principles, steps, calculations
Financing a company
Analyzing results using intermediate management balances
Analyzing a company's financial equilibrium
Financial analysis using ratios
Corporate strategy through financial management


Part 2: INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (8 hours)
Objectives:
The aim of this law course is to acquire the principles governing two essential areas of intellectual property and, more specifically, industrial property: patent law and trademark law. The conditions for obtaining each of these rights and the prerogatives of their holders are specifically covered.
