This module comprises two complementary parts:
- Leading your team, Leading a meeting
- Communication (Level 2).

Part 1: LEADING YOUR TEAM, LEADING A MEETING (8 hours)
Objectives:

Be able to lead a meeting and understand the process
Understand the basics of management
Understand the interactions of a group and the roles of each person

Outline of Part 1:

Review of key concepts covered in Year 1
The HR function and the engineer
The components of a meeting, prerequisites, leadership, roles...
The notion of team: maturity level of a team, characteristics
Team autonomy and situational management
Leading a project team


Part 2: COMMUNICATION - LEVEL 2 (8 hours)
Objectives:

Preparation for the validation of the theme of the final year project (written and oral)
Integrate the academic expectations of the theme validation and oral specifications:

Communicate in a forward-looking, clear and convincing way about a project
Comply with a set of written and oral academic standards and conventions
Understand the issues and expectations of project communication
Deepening the approach : From experience to knowledge transfer
From the study of the generic plan to a specific appropriation according to each project and associated context
Guide to formatting
Presentation of the presentation process and its challenges methodology and preparation tips
Strategy for designing an effective, synthetic and educational visual aid critical studies of the content and form of slideshows.



Organization:

Written and oral preparation workshops.
Blank oral exams.
Post-examination feedback: identification of strengths and areas of work for 3rd year.
