Business Challenge

The main objective of this module is to gain a better understanding of the interactions between the different dimensions of a company.
Through role-playing, the student-engineer will:

Learn to develop a strategy
Understand the operating mechanisms of a company (costs, accounting, finance, marketing, production, etc.)
Analyze results
Become aware of DDRS

Participants will have to deal with multiple management-related disciplines, integrating them into an overall strategy. Each team, grouped into an autonomous management unit, must manage a set of products on a virtual market.
