Description
This module consists of two complementary parts:
- Human and effective management
- Developing motivation.
Part 1: HUMAN AND PERFORMING MANAGEMENT (14 hours)
Discover, live and understand the managerial function
Learn the concepts needed to adopt an effective and humane managerial posture
Manage a team in project mode
Develop interpersonal skills in project mode
Learn to manage a team through motivation rather than constraint
Outline of part 1:
Living and understanding the managerial function
Integrating the complexity of organizations
Overcoming difficulties, fears and frustrations
Promoting skills and competencies
Consolidation of concepts
Soft Skills
Assessment of acquired skills
Part 2: DEVELOPING MOTIVATION (8 hours)
Identifying the diversity of motivational sources.
Understand the formation of motivation and its characteristics.
Know how to detect and develop motivating factors within a team (using QWL as a basis).
Know how to motivate based on objectives.
Identify the role of remuneration as a source of motivation. Focus on salary negotiation.

Review of key concepts covered in Years 1 and 2
Brief history of the study of motivation, a central management topic
Definition of motivation
The view of economists, sociologists, psychologists and anthropologists on the subject of motivation
The factors of motivation at work: Can employees be motivated?
Employees' view of motivation
How can employee commitment be fostered? Focus on Quality of Life at Work
How to set stimulating objectives?
What role does remuneration play in motivational levers?
