Description
Design and plan a microbiological study of a new product (DLC, challenge tests, etc.). Using the PB6MICA and PB7MARIB courses, and the PB7CDMOR predictive microbiology tutorials, students should be able to propose a microbiological study project for their innovative product. They will have to match techniques and a work schedule (taking feasibility into account) to achieve the objectives they have set themselves at the end of the microbiology-innovation practical work (e.g. determination of a shelf life, challenge test, etc.)
The scientific/technical part of the work will be assessed as a group by means of a report (in French) and an oral presentation (in English). Individual participation in group work will be taken into account.
The "English language" section will be graded for S8.
