Understand the main concepts of team management

Syllabus
The course (2 slots) will present some of the central theories and concepts in organizational psychology and management (emotions, decision-making and the brain, cognitive biases, systemic strategic analysis)
The practical work (2h40) will be based on role-playing and will introduce transactional analysis and non-verbal communication, with a view to assessing and improving communication and teamwork.
