Description
-Advance the RDI project by making all the necessary connections and adapting tasks to the situation.
-Discover the operational marketing tools used in a product launch: identify and develop a relevant concept, establish a positioning, develop a marketing mix, create a launch support plan, etc.
-Be able to use tools to monitor company management.
-Know the principles of environmental assessment of a product, Know how to use an environmental assessment tool (carbon footprint and/or life cycle analysis), Know how to measure environmental impact to identify eco-design options.

Syllabus
I-Work in a "product" group to formulate an innovative foodstuff or in an "upstream-downstream" group for bibliographical study and preliminary tests (27h + 23h personal work).
Progress reports (EA) with tutors and the teaching team involved. Three progress reviews are scheduled during semester 7. The progress report is based on a presentation of the situation and its analysis, followed by the choice of useful adjustments to ensure that the project continues to run smoothly and that the objectives set are achieved. From one EA to the next, written documents may be requested and assessed, depending on the tutors' expectations.
II-Marketing (4h + 4h defense, only for product groups)
1-Identify and evaluate the relevance of an innovation concept: generate ideas, test the concept through qualitative and quantitative consumer research
2-Positioning: definition, the 3 pillars of positioning
3-The marketing mix: product mix, pricing, distribution, promotion, communication
4-Create and promote a launch plan
tIII-Conferences and presentations by speakers from the school and the socio-economic world:
-industrial development (3h)
-sustainable development (2h40)
-Ecodesign practical work (4 hrs): Reminder of life cycle analysis, Introduction to life cycle analysis software (openLCA) or a carbon footprint spreadsheet, Measuring the environmental impact of an innovative product on a computer, Proposing eco-design ideas based on the results of the environmental assessment.
