- Contract procedures, disciplinary law
- Termination and methods of termination (resignation, dismissal, settlement or conventional termination), rights and obligations of the parties
- Non-discrimination
- Settlement of individual disputes (Prud'hommes, inspection du travail)
- Working hours and ways of organizing working hours
- Collective agreements, collective bargaining
- Staff representative bodies
- Basic concepts of health, safety and working conditions. Occupational risk assessment
