Description
The aims of the course are:
- to make engineering students aware of how a company is organized and how it operates, both internally and in its external environment,
- to understand the managerial function and its different styles,
- to address team management and its expected competencies, as well as the behaviors to be emphasized.
Supervised exercises will enable students to assimilate the themes covered, so that they are in a position to understand the keys to team management to be implemented in their in-company training.
