TP Production Management CAPM

The Production Management practical course enables students to work on the impact of implementing a company's strategic plan, and its application to PDP, Workload Planning and Scheduling.
During this practical course, organized as an extension to the LEAN Management practical course, students discover the use of Dolibarr ERP. They configure the software and work on a complete case study drawn from the agri-food sector.
As part of the practical course, they study a strategic plan and a Master Production Schedule. They enter data into the software and analyze the results of their parameter settings.
They manually construct a schedule.
