Description
The LEAN Management practical allows students to work on the impact of implementing a LEAN project on the organization and use of an ERP.
During the practical, organized as a continuation of the Production Management practical, students learn how to use the Dolibarr ERP. They configure the software and work on a comprehensive case study from the agri-food sector.
As part of the practical work, they adapt inventory management to the implementation of a Kanban system and analyze the results.
