Description
The LEAN Management practical course enables students to work on the impact of implementing a LEAN project on the organization and use of an ERP system.
During this practical course, organized as an extension to the Production Management practical course, students discover the use of Dolibarr ERP. They configure the software and work on a complete case study drawn from the agri-food sector.
As part of the practical work, they adapt inventory management to the implementation of a Kanban system, and analyze the results.
