At the end of this session, students are expected to have understood how the measurement of certain thermodynamic characteristics can identify or provide interesting information about the internal structure of certain compounds or mixtures.

2 practical exercises:
DSC, "Differential Scanning Calorimetry": obtaining and analysing various thermograms
