Description
The aim of this course is to introduce the learner to the field of industrial performance by focusing on the definition of performance, the identification of the main generic indicators, and performance measurement.

- Key concepts in summary presentations: TRS, QQOQCCP, Indicators, Takt time, Specifications, Production follow-up, Risk analysis... .
- Serious Game to put a simple object into production, monitoring, analyzing and comparing teams.
