Description

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic principles involved in implementing a LEAN Management approach. At the end of the course, students will be familiar with the main tools in the LEAN toolbox. They know the basic principles for implementing a LEAN project. They know how to calculate a production rate and adapt a line throughput according to the characterization elements of the said production line.
