Description

Innovation affects all sectors of a company, and is not limited to technological and scientific activities, or to R&D. It is essential to a company's growth, and affects all sectors of activity. It is essential to a company's growth, and affects all sectors of activity.
The aim of the course is to understand the importance of Innovation in business, its purpose, how it works, and the innovation management process that needs to be put in place to ensure that the main objective is achieved: to be more competitive, to have a competitive advantage.
In particular, the course will make students aware of how business intelligence works, and of the principles of industrial property, which is essential for protecting, monitoring and targeting existing innovations, those under development, and those yet to be launched.
