At the end of the module, students should be able to

Understand the essential content of concrete or abstract subjects in academic, journalistic and professional English,
Understand conversations, lectures and fairly long speeches, and follow complex argumentation if the subject is relatively familiar,
Express themselves orally in a clear and detailed way on a wide range of subjects,
Write on a wide range of subjects in correct and appropriate language,
Obtain an IELTS (Academic) score of at least 6, which corresponds to a B2 level.

The above objectives correspond to those set by the CEFR for level B2.
