Description
Through the methods and practices of designing interfaces between humans and the systems involved in an environment, the aim is to take a critical and constructive look at the requirements linked to needs, via the activities and tools handled.
The module's objectives are:

Chapter 1: Introduction to User Centered Design:
1 CM: Introduction to the module/ how TD projects work and reminder of user centered design
Chapter 2: The user need
2 CM: methods and tools for understanding and identifying the user need
3 TP: setting up a project for user need analysis and data analysis
