Description

The aims of this module are:

to gain experience in analyzing and producing a complex computer program,
to manage a project from start to finish.

This involves individual computer development work based on a validated proposal within a framework imposed by the supervisor.

Syllabus

Projects are carried out on an individual basis.
Each student is assigned a project coordinator.
Occasionally, specific technologies are used to help students.
Consulting sessions are available by appointment.
Speakers: E. Clermont and P.-A. Favier (joint coordination), and referents: B. Pesquet, J.-M. Salotti, Serge Aries, external contributors.
Deliverables:
A- Design and validation specification (T0 +1 month-2 pages max.).B- Status of work carried out/planned (T0 +2 months).C- Justification of results, documented code, test results, oral presentation.
Notes:

The oral presentation will include a demonstration of the software used.
The grade for the module is overall and covers all deliverables submitted to the supervisor, as well as involvement throughout the project, organization of the work and oral presentation of the work carried out.
Students who have demonstrated that they have mastered this type of development in their previous curriculum may, in certain cases, take part in a team project on current ENSC projects, on request and with the teacher's agreement.
There is no second session for this module.
