Part 1: Human factors

There are no TDs, TPs or projects, as this is an integrated course in which concrete examples are integrated with theoretical concepts.

Part 2: User-Centered Design

As part of Chapter 2, an immersive week will be proposed so that for each method (interview, questionnaire, observation, focus group, etc.), a concrete presentation, role-playing exercises and a project to be carried out independently are proposed.
