Student commitment (optional)

At their request, students may validate the skills, knowledge and aptitudes they have acquired through the following activities, which fall within the scope of those expected in their course of study:

voluntary activity within an association,
activity promoting the school or establishment,
involvement in the service of the school or establishment,
professional activity,
military activity in the operational reserve,
volunteer firefighter commitment,
civic service,
volunteer service in the armed forces,
participation in the boards of the establishment and schools, other higher education establishments or regional centers for university and school works.

The same activities may give rise to only one validation of the skills, knowledge and aptitudes acquired. Validation is optional. A detailed report of all activities carried out since the 1st year must be provided to the Director of Studies for validation.
A mark n out of 20 is awarded to the student for the module. This mark is converted into a bonus b which is added to the UE average, with a maximum bonus bmax of 2/20, according to the following calculation rule:
- if n ≤ 10/20, b = 0,
- if n > 10/20, b = bmax x ( n / 10 - 1 )
The final grade for the UE cannot exceed 20/20.
