Description
The aim of this module is to provide the keys to the engineering profession in the fields of georesources, new energy storage and related industrial activities. The module is structured around presentations by expert speakers from the professional world.
The following concepts are covered:
- Greenhouse gas (CO2/CH4) monitoring and storage;
- Geological storage of new energies (H2/CH4);
- Storage in deep aquifers and salt caverns;
- Exploration and exploitation of geomaterials: quarries and mines;
- Geotechnics and geological hazards.
