Description

The aim is to address the management and conservation of species at population level. After a reminder of the regulations on the subject, the methodological bases will be provided, specifying the conditions for studying and monitoring population dynamics. Particular emphasis will be placed on endangered and invasive species, with examples applied to both terrestrial and aquatic environments.
Technical skills to be acquired:
- Master population monitoring methods for a variety of taxa
- Master tools for calculating and modeling population dynamics
- Know how to mobilize technical tools for the management and conservation of species at stake.
