This course covers risk management tools, with a view to integrating them into a Prevention Plan.

These themes are developed for different types of hazards and contexts

  • Land movement;
  • Flooding;
  • Coastal risk;
  • Mining and quarrying;
  • Soil/water pollution.

These concepts are integrated into a hazard-specific project.

  • Be able to participate in information and decision-making processes relating to natural hazard management in France (regulatory zoning, crisis situations).
  • Develop skills in 4 natural hazards (landslides, flooding, coastal hazards and mining and quarrying) and in the notion of soil and water pollution.
