Description
Teaching the basics of industrial drafting and computer-aided design. All sessions are held on CATIA V5 (Dassault Système) workstations at the Bordeaux IUT (GMP department). The aim of this course is to enable students to become independent users of the CATIA tool, while at the same time mastering the design concepts and methods usually used in technical offices.
Key words: CATIA V5, parameterization, calculation sheet, kinematic simulation, functional skeleton.
