Description
Adopt the tools of project management, i.e.:
Know the concepts and tools of project management
Formalize and promote a project subject in terms of preliminary project (AP)
Plan and monitor a project in terms of deadlines and resources, evaluate costs and time spent.
Understand the concepts of Cost, Quality, Deadlines and their interdependencies
Prepare and present progress reports
Conclude and promote a project review
Capitalize on experience and provide feedback
Make the links between project definition and an entrepreneurial approach.
