Objectives
Understand the main concepts and theories relating to "organizational behavior" and team management: influence, power, leadership, management styles, motivation, etc.
Observe and characterize the structure and dynamics of a group in a meeting or project
Identify and understand different organizational structures (companies, armies, local authorities) and industrial structures (matrix, subcontracting, multidomestic, outsourcing, subcontracting, co-contracting, etc.). )

Presentation of some central theories and concepts in organizational psychology and management (group structure and dynamics, motivation, influence phenomena, power, authority, leadership, management styles, decision-making, management by objectives, change management).
Group work methods, principles of negotiation, setting objectives
Presentation and analysis of existing structures
