Objectives
The aim of this course is to introduce the essential concepts of Collaborative Robotics, positioning it in relation to industrial robotics in terms of both application expectations and technological solutions. This course also aims to present the issues linked to gesture assistance and the deployment of (robotic) assistance solutions in industry.
Skills acquired

Be able to clearly define the notion of "collaborative robot" and the collaborative modes generally encountered in the industrial field, as well as their respective interests
Be able to categorize gesture assistance technological solutions
Know the difficulties linked to the deployment of collaborative robots and the standards / technical specifications that govern their implementation
Know the link between collaborative modes and the associated control modes.

C1 - Limits of industrial robotics and the economic and societal challenges of collaborative robotics. Technological solutions for gesture assistance and collaborative operating modes in Robotics.
C2 - Standards and technical specifications specific to Collaborative Robotics and consideration of operator safety. Notions of physical ergonomics.
C3 - Control modes of collaborative robots and approaches to safety by design and control.
Practical training - Handling a collaborative robot and programming a scenario for sharing the workspace and human/robot task sharing
