Syllabus
Contents
After an overview of the complexity of projects, the module looks at how to manage projects according to their degree of complexity. Finally, the module ends with a look at the human aspects of project management and its possible modeling as a complex system.
Teaching method
Productive failure: Management role-play. Reporting to a client. Project management taught back to 1A students.
